Anybody know anything about Ralph Davis?

Looking about I found his songs have been recorded by Cal Smith and Sleepy LaBeef (maybe others I'm not sure). I also found mention in the March 11th 1978 edition of Billboard that along with Glen Davis (another brother?) he was one of the pallbearers for Hattie Louise Bess's (aka Tootise of Tootsies Orchid Lounge in Nashville) funeral.

Waycross County is in Georgia - this song really doesn't make me want to go there.

The only other song I can think of with Waycross in it is Millers Cave

There is a Ralph Davis & The Western Rhythm Boys who recorded on Hi-Q (MI) 45 - 15 (1958) "Undecided Heart" Might be the same chap as this one. This is (1963)

Think it's the same guy. Of the 5 or 6 "Undecided Heart"s on the BMI website one has Ralph Davis's name attached as the songwriter.
