Don't know a thing about it. It is a shellac covered steel acetate I bought in a batch of records a number of years ago and had never played. It started showing some serious signs of deterioration so I digitized it. It is a one sided disc with the information seen the only info that came in the sleeve. The voice is familiar but I can't put a name to it. Any help would be appreciated!! I don't think their are many copies of this around.
