Al Oster also owned a Klondike label in Alaska But I guess this is a different one. Carl Friend was the A&R manager for United Southern Artists Records (Hot Springs, ARK) in the 1960s. Judging from Friend's and Mack Vickery's songwriter credits, I assume this Klondike label was based in Arkansas or Tennessee (also note the publisher: Holiday Inn!).

This is either an eastern Arkansas or Memphis record as best as I can Tell. The record was purchased in Jonesboro Ar, last weekend
