Looks like George has owned a number of radio stations in Arkansas and at present owns KMTL 760 AM in Sherwood Arkansas which he labels "Inspiration Radio". I tuned in for a listen and was rewarded with some wonderful bluegrass/country gospel musc followed by a nice sermon compliments of the Morris Family. George was active as early as 1959, as Billboard reported. He led the Johnson County Jamboree in Clarksville, Arkansas, from the Strand Theater and was on tour with Carl Blankenship. He was also heard over Fort Smith radio.
