Actually Betty Logan (Chotas) from the Atlanta area as best I can tell. Could possibly be part of the Logan Sisters who performed from a young age on the radio and then had their own television show from 1951- 1953 on WAGA out of Atlanta. I do believe she was half of the duo "Chuck and Betty" who recorded a number of sides for Decca one of which can be found here -http://westex countrywestern.blogspot.com/2010/09/walking-in-my-dreams.html. She also wrote a number of tunes recorded by Brenda Lee. That's all I know, or at least could find out.
